My wife is G-4 visa holder (Dependent). She worked for a month and received around $2000 as salary. How should we file the taxes for that? Where should file taxes.

You have NO LEGAL REQUIREMENT to file, because her total income is LESS than her $3,400 personal exemption.

You may WANT to file to get the withheld income taxes back, in which case you should file Form 1040NR-EZ plus whatever state tax return applies.
