Do you have any credit history under the ITIN?
You can start by asking your creditors to whom they report your credit history.
By the way your possible creditors could be utility companies, cell phone , credit cards, consumer retail store, furniture stores,etc.
Any company that had asked you for that number in other to approved you credit.
