I have read all that has been written so far(I hope) on this subject and have just a couple questions: 1) does anyone know of a website to locate the any given office of the consulates of ANY country to ask about their policies for allowing convicted felons into their country? Or do I just surf some more on the web and go crazy:eek: 2)Is there a time frame in which certain countries change their policies or allow certain felons in their country but not others? Any help and direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Here's a list of all the US consulates, according to the US State Department. You should be able to contact the consulate for the country you want to go to and get the information you are looking for. US Dept of State - Websites of US Embassies, Consulates, and Diplomatic Missions (http://www.usembassy.gov/)

This site might be of help too. Visa and embassy information for all countries - Projectvisa.com (http://projectvisa.com/)

As far as time frames go, it's going to vary country by county, and depending on the country, it might vary case-by-case.
