What documents do I need to file an early probation release in VA?

Well, if you're eligible, a simple letter to the judge should do it - with a copy to your PO. In your letter, point out specifically HOW you meet the criteria for early release. Cite the particular portions of the law or the probation procedures manual that list the criteria that you meet.

If you don't know if you meet the criteria because you haven't read those documents, I'd get 'em and start reading.

I have 2 manufactoring with the intent to sell and pos charge that happened at the same time I got 8 years defered probation I finished two charges all ready and got two years left on the other everything is paid and done .I moved from Texas where it happen to tn .I am in school and live with my kid and parents do you think I can get off early and what should I write to the judge.

I think you should tell the judge exactly what you told us. Do I think it'll work? I don't know. But, it for sure WON'T work if don't ask.
