Ok my period was schedule to be here on March 25 it is now March 27 and it's not here. My breast are sore but they always get sore a week before my period but they are still sore and they feel more tender than ever like I can't even run up and down the steps without holding them cause the hurt so bad I even felt a sharp pain in my left nipple but I haven't had any cramps yet just back pains that never go away what is going on here can anybody help me?

Did you take a Early pregnancy test? If not try to get the one for early detection like First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test. It is best to use first morning urine, as well because this urine has more concentrated presence of hCG. If the test come back negative wait a few more days and retest as your hormones will increase every couple of days. Your symptoms can be symptoms of possible pregnancy, they can also be premenstrual as well...
