I'm 16 not on birth-control have had normal periods for about 4 years now. I have been with my boyfriend for nearly a year now and we regularly have sex. We do not use condoms [please don't lecture me on this I know the risks] well I came on my period on the 13th and came off again on the 17th. But after having sex today I started getting stomach cramps that really hurt, I took some ibuprofen and didn't think much more of it. But when I went to the toilet I noticed pale blood spots on my underwear I just treated it like any other period grabbed a pad changed my underwear and carried on with what I had been doing. But when I mentioned it to my boyfriend he started worrying and reminded me I had not long came off my period. When I got home later I went to the toilet again but found dark red blood discharge on the tissue which isn't normal in comparison to my normal periods. Can anyone give me any advice as what to do, see the doctor or leave it for a while? And does anyone have any idea what the cause could be? Thank you xx

Yeah you know your body, if you say it isn't normal then it isn't. I would go to your doctor asap. Or planned parenthood. I don't want to lecture you but when I was 19 I was in a serious relationship and my boyfriend gave me chlamidia, I'm lucky that is all he gave me. He didn't even know he had it because guys rarely get symptoms. I'm sorry for lecturing you, but maybe you should talk to your mom about it?
