Is this venting is OK. I originally had another vent prior to where the shower entered the drain that ran diagonally to the far corner and up to connect to the vent above the sink, but was thinking I don't need it. Is this diagram OK

Hey Kasey:
Only changes I would make is to:
1) Change that 1.5" pipe underground for the sink on right to 2" (so need a 3x2 wye. Then install a 2" dandy cleanout (see pic) just after you come out of the floor or make sure you have a 2" cleanout under the sink.
2) You did not mention distance from toilet to the shower drain 3x2 wye... this distance should not exceed 8 feet between toilet and 3x2 wye... ok?
3) Are you going to extend the cleanout at the end of run by the toilet to finish floor outside bathroom? I would... but I am a plumber and I LOVE cleanouts! If not bringing up to finish floor, then eliminate 3" wye and cleanout and just use 2 45 degree fittings for toilet.
Wrap closet flange in foam or similar to a 5" diameter
Install shower base in a bed of perlited structolite gypsum mortar or modified thinset mortar to stabalize shower base and reduce squeeking/motion in base.
That's all I got for now... otherwise, looks great! Hope that helped. Mark
