Try to put your mind on other things, masturbate earlier in the day of the expected sexual encounter, that helps with stamina some. Also, wearing a condom can help because it decreases sensitivity sometimes.

Charlotte has made some great suggestions. Condom, masturbation earlier in the day, and you can even get some lubricants that make the nerves down there not so sensitive.

Just a question, but have you ever tried to just keep going after you "go"? If you turned on and have consistent stimulation it is possible. It will take you forever to go again but..

Okay, has any and all possible medical conditions been ruled out? I mean, have you recently had blood work, examination, and been cleared with a clean bill of health? You must start there. Now in my case (but everyone is different), the PE problem was twofold:mental and vitamin/mineral deficient. I now take an SSRI (selective serotonin reputake inhibitor) and the issue is now under control. SSRI's have normally been used to treat mental problems, but many docs also prescribe certain ones for their profound effect on delaying ejaculation, namely Zoloft (sertraline), Celexa (citalopram), and Lexapro (escitalopram).
