I don't really know much about it, but it's a fat health inspector that drives a small monster truck-like thing, and he thinks that his partner (who is a woman) is a man. The movies about that they find rats and stuff in a fancy restaurant.

I didn't see the movie, but Larry the Cable Guy recently had a movie called "The Health Inspector" and it sounds like it would fit that description to me? Could be wrong...
