Does anybody know a martial art that focuses a lot on using pressure points and weak points to bring down easily and having to deal with flexibility and concentration and using weapons like sai‘s or swords. I’m kind of doubting there is something with all of that:confused: . Am I being picky? I hope not.:o

Here’s a little bit what I mean by the “using pressure points and weak points to bring someone down easily”

YouTube - Ty Lee kicks some (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdRB1E4-s4k)

Here at about 00:54-1:00 1:21-1:34
YouTube - Ty Lee's Theme Song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdLZvE4xHKM&feature=related)

Yep I think I’m being picky:( . Anyway it would be nice if someone could try to Identify the type of martial art. But I know I’ll have to take gymnastics.

My sugetion, if you want to learn how to do pressure points and the use of weapons, first learn how not to need them. It is unwise to want to cause pain to othres. But maybe try Kung Fu, or something along that.

It's a lot about Meditation, and Philosophy, very important to clear the mind and focuse on what one is doing, and not what one has done, or will do.

Peace be with you.
