I hope you marked and wrote down exactly where the wires came off on the old thermostat. If so list the combination.

I cannot locate the exact model number you provided on the Honeywell site. This pro TH3000 does not seem to be a good number. Please recheck your number that is directly on the new thermostat. Be accurate.

Is this a heat pump system?

I believe you have the wrong thermostat. You need one with two stage heat and the one you have only has one stage heat.

This is the one you need.

TH3210D1004

Here is the wiring for that unit

http://customer.honeywell.com/techlit/pdf/PackedLit/69-1775.pdf

The difference is one stage heat on the TH3110D
And

Two stage heat on this one

TH3210D The numbers are close but no cigar.

You will need to buy the other one and yes I know the one you have says heat pump BUT it will not work because you also have electric heat. I can tell that by the wiring letters/colors you sent.
