Is there anything in particular that causes your teeth to ache? If it's a generalized aching you could possibly be clenching your teeth? Are you waking in the morning with headaches, sore/tired jaws, ear aches?
If your teeth are sensitive to cold or your toothbrush you could try brushing with Sensodyne or a similar sensitivity toothpaste.
Make sure you are getting the full daily amount of calcium too since being deficient in your intake can cause teeth to be sensitive too.

Hello newmummy,
Congrats for the new baby! In pregnancy gums tend to become tender and swollen, well it's a natural phenomena, because of which you are having constant tooth aches! Can't avoid this situation, but yes you can get normal ultrasonic scaling and root planning(cleaning) done which will remove any plaque or calculus(irritants)and will ease your condition, you can also take tablet tylenol,it is an effective and safe to use in pregnancy otc painkiller,You can also use any otc desensitizing toothpaste like sensodyne.
This will help!
TAKE CARE.

I'd check with YOUR doctor before taking ANY kind of medication.

I'm off to the doctor tomorrow to see about my pain and I'm not taking panadiene forte anymore I have only been taking panadol which I no is safe because I had to take it with my last pregnancy but hopefully I can take something stronger that won't harm the baby but also help with the pain because panadol does nothing.

I had this same problem, with my last two, I took tylenol at the end for it, two of them and it sure helped. It almost felt like the most painful numbness ever... ohhhh, I hope you feel better, I tdoes go away, that is good right? :)
Ask your doctor what is the best thing to take, they will be sure it is safe for you! Good luck!
