Which of these two games in the title are better when it comes down to excitement and online play?

Call of duty 4 hands down in my opinion. Stranglehold was fun on the sigle player for a little while but call of duty 4 has a great single player and the online is one of the best I've played.

Thank you for the answer czerno I was debatting on which one to buy but now I know to get COD4.

Never played stranglehold but COD4 is definitely the best game I have played for 360.

Well, not that you can really compare these games because they are two different types of game. But in my opinion Call Of Duty 4 would be the best just because of the intense single player campaign and the most exciting multiplayer.

P.S. I'm rank 850th on Call Of Duty 4, well I was until my xbox broke probably like 1300th now.
