I am a father of 2 children and 3 years ago I moved to GA because my ex told me she was going to move too. I found out she wasn't moving so I moved back as soon as I could to be with my kids! Well I get back and see my kids and 2 weeks later I am told they are moving to TN now as I live in IA, they are now there and I can't see them. Do I have any rights as far as making my ex bring the kids back to IA? She moved there with no plans or anything so nothing made her go there! I miss my kids and want to get them back here as I pay 600 a month and I don't get to see them at all! Any help would be appreciated! Thank you, Beano

You have rights. You should be able to see your kids. Have you talked to a lawyer?

What does the child custody agreement say. Many have that the custodial parent having to get permission to move. But it is hard to enforce after she already moved. If there is no clause for this, it will be even harder.

But what the heck, TN is really nice, I loved it there, why not just move again,
