Sometimes when I search for something on Google a pop up related to the search terms will come. Then in the lower right hand corner of my monitor a small box will appear and it would say, ad served by Context Advisor. I have a pop up blocker which works, I deleted my temporary files and cookies, I got rid of any viruses or errors like tracking cookies with ad aware but the special pop ups still pop up!

It sounds like your pop up blocker DOESN'T work. Which browser are you using? I've noticed that Internet Explorer tends to have more pop-ups than Firefox does.
