I was on the Depo for 9 months. Was supposed to go in for my shot January 24th, decided to not take it anymore cause it was making me sick.about a weak or so into Feb I had a period. It lasted three weaks, oh my gosh that was annoying. Well it's now 3/21. No period again yet. And lately I've noticed some things. I've gained weight, and that wouldn't usually bother me except now I'm having trouble leaning forward, it actually hurts to lean forward in my chair. I'm a large.. er woman so I'm use to having a stomach but I'm flexible, now I'm not able to. Ok so that was one of the first things I noticed the second was I got dizzy the other day sitting in starbucks while I was in a meeting. That was another weird thing. I also noticed that I was having discharge. An I noticed I'm having a lot more headaches and migraines than normal. Also I've noticed I'm tired. I took a pregnancy test and it was the equate brand, it was supposed to have a + for pregnant, there was only a line acrose and a small dot at the top. I donno if the dot is a mistake or not. I looked online and the only other thing I could find to look for was weather the cervix was soft or not but I don't have anything to compare with so I donno if I'm right or not.
I tried for a long time to get pregnant and now I'm not trying. I don't normally have regular periods. I am supposed to secdual a yearly exam with my doc next weak.
But what I'm wondering is could I really be pregnant?

You could just be having a reaction from being off depo. And that would explain why you missed a period. But you need to go to the doctor if you have been having pain. It could be something serious and not pregnancy. But some side affects of pregnancy is dizzyness and drowsiness, and some abdominal pains, weight gain, loss or gain of appetite, mood swings, fatigue, and a big one; sore breasts. But keep in mind that pregnancy tests are not always accurate
