I just rebuilt the valves on a three valve PP shower/but faucet. The tub still runs when I turn on the shower. It has a new seat and gaskets. I think I put it together wrong... anybody have a diagram of how it should go together?

Thanks,
Paul

Weren't there diagrams with the Price Pfister when you got your parts? You can probably find a manual or diagram here http://parts.bdhhi.com/index.aspx?MSCSProfile=66012DBB8F2BC525C18232ECDEE 83FB90D8FFC9B2B20DB11AE7DF5B198AC8B76F67B91148569E 7FFCBD2AF18587CF2624F1AD256D9F6F23A4E51830216CC540 EFFC6F6975923E454D2D4D498734FC0C3B4E25FDD1182FAD10 820E6812DE0302E149E800BC1741E87B13B7C519B96EF034F2 1C65059ED963F2126EAB7BEC89EA74B9F7F27A831EDC6

Probably best to just replace diverter stem or take it to a plumbing supply and compare.

Hi Guys:

Hey Paulp... I checked out the site Ballenger posted... check this PDF file out:

http://parts.bdhhi.com/PDF/01series-3.pdf Metal lever handles

http://parts.bdhhi.com/PDF/01series-5.pdf Acrylic handles

These appear to be the only 3 handle PP tub/shower valves that show up. Let us know if this helps.. Talk later... Mark

Hi All,

Thanks for your responses. I checked out the parts PDF and had all the parts lined up right. I took the whole assembly to my local hardware store and showed it to the plumbing guy. He said it looked right, but old systems like mine don't seal tight when the diverter is pointed to the shower because of the new low flow shower heads... to much back pressure.

Thanks again,
Paul
