My husband and I have two kids and he was born and raised in Texas. We moved to California and he got himself into some trouble and received a felonye,I now moved back to Texas,and his release date is in June ,what would be the fastest way to transfer his probation from California to Texas,and could he do it before his release day.Because in California he has nowhere to stay.

He shouldn't have to transfer his probation. He should be released to Texas in the first place. He needs to do this himself from inside BEFORE he gets released. He should talk to his case manager.
