I have a Kenmore Electric dryer, Model # 96520100, that will not heat. The heater does not come on, but the dryer runs. I have checked the Heater and 4 plug in switches in the back, all reading 0 omms. I have cleaned the ducts out but nothing. Is there help?

You need to be very careful when checking, but are you getting power to the element when it's running? Remove the stats and check for continuity. Are they closed? Apply heat to them form a heat gun. Do the open? Now check the element for continuity. Do you have any? Can you see a broken wire in the element? Is all the wireing to the stats and element OK?
