When I attempt to print an email I do not get the email, but a lengthy printout of text which I can't understand.

We need a bit more help here:
a) Type of printer
b) Driver
c) just email or everything you print.
d) How about printing of .PDF files?
e) What OS?
f) Type of connection to the printer (USB, Ethernet, Wireless, Serial)

Using a PostScript driver for a PCL-6 printer will do lots of bad things.

Thanks for responding. I have solved the problem. How it happened I do not know, but my internet security settings were blocking the e-mail printing. When I set everything back to default it fixed the problem. Tom Steed
