I was wondering what papers were needed to Respond to a Bankruptcy Summons? What exact paperwork needs to be filed with the Summons?

Define Bankruptcy Summons. Why would you receive one? Are you a creditor of the bankrupt person or what?

Am I correct that this is an involuntary bankruptcy? Someone is attempting to force you into bankruptcy (usually after all else fails)?

The Summons should tell you exactly what forms and info you need to file a response - this is nothing to fool around with because you COULD be forced into bankruptcy, your assets liquidated. You need good legal advice because some creditor is apparently rather angry with you.

There are also strict time (filing) deadlines so don't wait around with this.

I've seen involuntary bankruptcies in my area in connection with student loans.
