:confused: I have already cam and CD to downlaod but I can't donlaod well couse hey says that PC (not found vaild vido capture device) why this problem:( help please

You might want to install a driver so that your computer detects the camera.
You would have received a CD along with the camera. Put the CD into the computer and install the drivers given.

Once the drivers are installed, your camera will be detected by your PC. Then you can download the pictures into your CD.
