My ex-wife filed a case with Support Kids many years ago. After many conversations with Support Kids I gave them information that proved that my ex-wife was not telling the truth about paternity and about whether I paid he child support. But when I tried to buy a house in 2006 I found out that Support Kids had placed a lien on any property the I might have. I contacted Support Kids and they said the amount of the lien was based on the court order child support. But only I had the proof of some of the child support payments that had been made over the years. These payments were made directly to my ex-wife. Support Kids were of no help and I tried to get help from the DA's office. But since there was nothing filed with them of nonpayments, they couldn't help me. I even called the Federal Trade Commission and they couldn't help.

So Please advise who I should contact to get this resolved?

Normally in the case of a lien then the person that has the lien has to sign it off. If for some reason they aren't satisfied then you need to find out what it is they are looking for. If you can't get them to tell you what it is they are looking for then your only resolution may be to sue them provided they aren't following policy or if they are hiding from you.
