No idea how to take these products together in a "stack" but I am looking to add a little extra. Any ideas on these products, or others you would suggest along with dosage information?

What's wrong with the recommended doseages? I know some people boost it up abit, but it depends on your workout, also.

That's not really what I'm asking. I guess I should have said "how do I cycle these"? On the site it doesn't give much info on how to use them together... like do I use the "retain" while I'm using the others, or after I am done with a cycle? Do I cycle the whole bottle, or just run 4 weeks on 4 weeks off type thing? No idea, and I don't want to take something that I don't know how to use.
