There was no Confederate States of American in 1819.

So do you have a bank note from a southern state issued in 1819 ?

Shrubs54- There was (NO) Confedrate money at this time in history. There was some bank notes and Treasury notes . On FEBRUARY ,24,1815, Congress authorized $25,000,000of these "small" Treasury notes, A few days later ,the war of 1812 ended vand only $4,969,400 of $100.00 notes bearing interest at 5.4%and $3,392,994 of small $3,$5,$10,$20, And $50.00Denominations were actually issued ( Althougha total of $9,070,386 worth were reissued) The latter bore no uinterest by circulating as money.
The "Small Treasury Notes" of $3.00 To $50.00 were used to purchase goods and services by individuals, pay custom duties by merchants, and act as cash reserves for banks, thus preventing them from being discounted. AS a result they became the ( FIRST circulating currency issued by the UNITED STATES.
I hope this don't break your heart ,but I think you need to get a magnifing glass and look real close to see just what you do havem books do not show any currency made in the year 1819, that is why I said you need to look really close. If you have what I am thinking you have ,IT IS WORTH QUITE A LOT < The better condition it is in the more vauleable it is ( SO DO AS I ASKED AND GET DATE, SIGNTURES , Bank note or what, Post a picture if you can. I hope the above helps you ,If it does rate my answer, GOD BLESS ;;F.B.E. :;) :)
