I have a 1994 honda civic and now it won't start. I drove it home and shut it off now it won't start. The car alarm went off on the way home, just the flashers went on but no horn. The battery is brand new but I get no power to the starter. Could someone help?

Yeah.. I would rip out that car alarm. It sounds like it armed itself while drivinng, which means it wasn't hooked up correctly. The alarm probably has a disabler on it, which will not allow it to start unless its turned off. I would take it out.
At least double check all of the wiring, and make sure its hooked up correctly. Try to disarm the alarm.

If you do that and you still get no power to your starter, then you need to get a starter relay which is sometimes mounted on the fenderwell and sometimes on the starter itself, because all it is is there is a 12v wire running to the starter from the battery cable and another wire grounded to the frame. That is all the wires you have for a starter.
