I went to my neroulogist and he said that he wants to check the level of my medictation I have trouble staying alseep and I always use the restroom when I go to public places I miss the moring dose.

Why are you missing the morning dose and what do you mean you use the restroom when you go to public places ?

I normally use restrooms in public places every day. And I take over 8 medications every morning, it is routine and habit, have not missed one in years.

Get up early, take your meds, do what the neurologist told you to for your appt.

Are you meaning he wants a urine sample and you have to go before so you are afraid you will not have to go when it is time for a urine test?
Drink loads of water if that is what you are concerned about.
