I have at least 25,000 in credit card debt and 90,000 in medical bills. I am being sued for the credit card debt by debt collectors/attornees. I live in Texas. Have a truck I am currently making payments on and a utility trailer with tools that I ned to make a living.
I own no home or land and rent a trailer that I reside in. They are fixxing to file a judgement on me for one on the credit card debts and I would imagine it won't be long before the others file as well.
My question is what can they take from me if I have nothing to sell to repay this debt and what will it mean if judgements are filed on me for this debt. Can they make me sell my vehicle and tools? Should I file bankruptcy?
My pay used to be 65K and is now less than 30K. I was laid off for a year making unemployment of 1300 a month which barely paid my truck payment and rent.
Creditors are calling me day and night and at work, relatives and niebors too.
All imput is grately appreciated.

I would consider bankruptcy. You are fortunate in that Texas does not allow wage garnishments so you are pretty much judgement proof. But you would be betteroff filing bankruptcy and starting fresh.

I seldom recommend this, but I think you seriouslly need to look into bankrutpcy also.
