>:( I'm married for 10 yrs to my first ever girlfriend who doesn't like sex that much - she said sex is not important in a marriage, we have 2 kids and its been 4 yrs now that I haven't touched her, I stopped loving her since 1996. She hates being intimate and she doesn't show me any affections at all. I'm  in love with another woman and I'd like to marry her, what's the easiest way to get out of my loveless marriage can I declare in court that my marriage haven't been consummated for at least 4 yrs now please. Help I'm so in love with my new girlfriend..

You just need to do it! Tell her it's over and file for divorce under irreconcilable differences. Be prepared for the huge amount of child support that you will have to pay.

Get a girlfriend on the side, then you won't have to pay child support.

I would not take the previous advice too seriously, it's illegal in most countries.
You have 2 children, so, the marriage *was* consumed.
If you want a divorce, go for it and bear the consequences.
Do not underestimate the sadness you leave behind.
