I recently bought both... and I've been hearing a LOT of mixed things about both of them.

Has anyone used either cameras and have some good/bad things to say about it? People are complaining that the picture quality of the W80 is garbage... while I'm hearing that the SD750's highly overrated. Not sure which one to keep...

Thanks I've looked at both of them previous to me asking on this forum... although cnet has always been helpful to me in the past, they've had completely mixed reviews this time... as many are claiming that the w80 has horrible picture quality and that I should keep the sd750.

... but the specs on the w80 is much better than the sd750.. . no idea what to do.

Well in this price bracket both will perform equally. Also both are reputed companies. The pictures themselves will be reasonably same. The only advantage I see is in buying the Sony. It has an optical viewfinder, and an image stabiliser which is a big plus.
