I have 2 children with my husband, its been 5 years of our marrige, as soon as he got his indefinant leave to remain in the UK, troughout our marrige his been mentally and phically abusing me, now that his got his passport he has left us. Does he still have writes to indefinant leave to remain in the UK?:( :( :(

If it takes 5 years to get the indefinant leave and he has 'done' the 5 years I would think he can remain in the UK. Were there any other obligations he had to fulfill? If so and he didn't that might be grounds for him not being allowed to stay.

But my husbands been in the uk for only 4 years and after we had split up his suppost to support the children's with child support but hassent done so does he still have writes to stay in uk permanently?:confused:

Oh you said its been 5 years of your marriage and as soon as he got his indefinant leave.

I guess the only thing you can do is go after him in court for child support and report him to immigration.

But my husband got his indefinite leave within five years.we got marreid in the year 2004, five years of our marriage. He entered this country on the year 2005 with two years spouse visa, and in the year 2007 he got his permanent residence to remain in the uk. Dose he still have writes to remain in the uk? Thruogh ot these years his been mentally and phisically abusing me, we haven't had a good relationship and he said he only marreid me for the citizenship.

Well if he got his citizenship early before the 5 years I would think he would be allowed to remain.
