During the washing machine drain cycle the water back up the drain pipe and runs on the floor. Have tried various drain clearing products and still having the problem. Also have tried to put a snake down the drain pipe but can't get it to go more than a few feet. Also I have a bar area with a sink and when the washing machine is running it gurgles at the bar sink area. Please provide suggestions
Thanks

I had the same problem. It turned out to be my septic tank was full and my drain lines were clogged. This is just a suggestion and the problem I had required me to get tank pumped out and drain lines replaced.

Hmmm... this must be in the basement then Hallinane... yes? Are you on city/town sewer or septic tank? If septic, when was last time system was pumped? Finally how far is bar sink from washing machine? Also, try to determine if sink drains into main line before or after bar sink (closer to main drain pipe exiting building equals closer to main drain).
And let's hope this is not as bad as it was for igottogonow.. huh? ;) *ouch* igottogonow... when it rains it pours... huh?
Hallinane, get back to me with answers... sounds like a clog, for sure... MARK.
