I have received a summons with respect to credit card debt. The summons will without doubt doubt result in a judgement against me. My question is, can this judgement on unsecured debt result in a foreclosure of my primary residence? I live in New York State.

It is rare that a primary residences can be attached for unsecured debt. Its even rare for them to allow a lien against the property for unsecured debt.
