On one phone with caller Id I get private caller on my other phone the caller shows blocked WHO IS CALLING?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Unfortunately the privacy wonks hamstringed CallerID. A Private Caller is generally someone who permanently has his number unlisted. A Block is usually someone blocking that call. But different carriers may interchange them. The problem is no matter how they block the number, you can't find out who called, short of a court order.
