I have long hair (about down to my bra line). It is layered (long layers) and I love the way it looks down. BUT... I can't keep it out of my face!! So no one ever see's it down because it's always pulled back in a nasty pony tail!

I am allergic to hair spray (it causes me to break out in a rash) so I cannot use it to help keep my hair out of my face.

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to keep it out of my face without pulling it up in a pony tail? I wash it and that's it. I don't use styling products but would be willing to try them (other than hair spray) if someone can tell me what to buy.

Berkeleygirl, I also have long hair with some layers in it. The layer is cute and really popular, I've done that hair cut on a lot of women. I know that having hair on your face can be a problem sometimes. You can keep the hair off your face with a well placed clip, fasteners or other hair accessories. Since you don't like using hairsprays, you can use a high shine hair wax, it will sweep your hair back off your face and give you a sleek look.
