csc^{2}(x)+cot^{2}(x)
Use your identities. csc(x)=\frac{1}{sin(x)}, \;\ cot(x)=\frac{cos(x)}{sin(x)}, \;\ cos^{2}(x)=1-sin^{2}(x)
Now, put it all together and simplify as needed.
