Well, if doggie has really long hair or if your mom has new furniture or allergies or something, you might not be able to get her to let you. But some things that might help would be giving the dog a bath and brushing it to get rid of all the extra hair, or offering to bring the dog in and only have it in your room or a part of the house where nothing will get messed up. You could offer to help with the dusting and sweeping. Tell your mom that if you can have your dog inside you will sweep the floor and dust things off every few days. Offer to give her some extra help with the housework, maybe if she sees that you are helping a lot with things, she will feel like between the two of you you guys can handle the shedding mess. Why doesn't she want it inside? Is it a long-haired dog?

We need the reason why your mom won't let your dog in, there could be a varety of things to help. My main concern now, is that your mom doesn't want a dog, and unless you live on your own or had parental consent you probably shouldn't have goten an unwanted dog.
