My boyfriend just got released on parole from Minnesota. We want to move down south and I was wondering if it would even be possible and what the steps are that he has to take.

As noted it will help if he has arranged a place to live, and a job, I doubt that the "south" will want him just wondering around without a place to live or work.

But after he has an exact place to move to, he would have to make application though his parole officer.
