Hi... I was wondering if someone knew of a program that is called Free Draw or something? Where you can draw a line, then stretch it and curve it and munipulate it in ways... Any ideas, let me know thanks.

Are talking about Corel Draw? It is perhaps the best software out there to do vector graphics. Just what you mentioned & so much more.
