Please go and see your doctor as soon as you can,you shouldn't have left it so long. You could have areally bad yeast infection [thrush] that the cream can't fix,I got atablet for thrush off mydoctor because mine was really bad I couldn't even walk it was that painful

I agree that you should see the doctor. Don't feel embarrassed about it. Believe me the ob-gyns have heard it all and seen it all, and I'm sure they see people with your problem all the time, so it's nothing to feel embarrassed about. You need to make sure something serious isn't wrong and there is no need for you to suffer from this when a doctor could probably help you fix it quickly.
Do you go for annual women's health exams? It's so important to get those at least once a year once you are sexually active, and more often if you develop a problem like you described. Mention the irregular periods to the doctor also. I hope you are better soon!

I would call and talk to him if he was supossed to get a hold of you. See what the swab showed. If it were me, I would probably go to a different doctor and get a second opinion on this. Maybe there is something else they can do for you.

Hi, I went for months with similar symptoms and nothing more than a shrug from my doctor, last week I went to a different surgery and he knew exactly what it was - a pelvic infection. Prescribed anti-biotics and that was that. Can be hard to get rid of though as the infection spreads further and further, to bladder etc... ask your Dr.
