Where would I find out about physician's ethics standards? I know a doctor who prescribes medications to his friend without an appointment and although there is more than one hearing specialist in town, he only writes prescriptions to his friend. This doctor writes prescriptions for hearing checks when people come in for a hurt ankle. This is done at the request of the hearing specialist when her business is failing( I am a witness to this) I am a close person to these people and would like to know if this is illegal.
One more thing, I have reported to this doctor that a couple of his clients have tried to sell me their meds and he put in my record that I was begging for them. Can I get this taken out of my records?

Hi Coyotehw,

Let me say first of all I am sorry that you are being blackmailed so - to - speak. The Dr. Put in your file that your begging for drugs so you won't "rat" on him to the police. My advice is that you call the Bureau Professional Licences. He needs to be reported.
As for the report he put in your file that you were "begging" for drugs. Ask the professional licenses board how you can get it of your record. If you need anything else don't hesitate to email me and ask.
