What Health insurance companies offer affordable health insurance to people who are disabled and under 65?

My husband is newly disabled and will qualify for Medicare in August 2012, we are wondering what insurance companies might help out with the medical bills once he is on Medicare? Of course, we realize that it's in the future and things might change.

Yes Medicare does offer supplement insurance but you must be at least 50.
