My probation is out of Texas I am trying to get to California for educational purposes. My probation officer has agreed to fill out paper work, but still tells me "i aint a betting man but if i was i would bet on that california will not accept the transfer." Why is he so discouraging, and how can I help my chances?:confused:

He may be just being honest, not trying to give you any faluse hopes, If he has seen a lot of transfer requests sent in, in similar issues, he may just e telling you to honestly express.
