My son has been put into care . My name is not on the birth certificate .I have had a d n a test to prove that he is mine . I haven't had no access but paid mantaince . He was born the year 2000 .I would like to know my rights .

Depends on the circumstances of him being put in to care but I personly feel that dads get a bum deal in children's welfare have you tried to get a solicotor to help you get accesss or speak to citerzans advice they are normal really good.

Consult an attorney. If the child has been taken out of the mother's care, then you should be able to get custody. However, until you do get custody, you might not be able to get visitation.
