Read the FAQ. Ignition module = Igniter unit.

I have a similar problem - power going into the coil but none coming out - I don't have any spark. I have replaced the distributor and the coil but still no spark. What did you do was it the igniter unit?

1992 honda accord replaced head , car ran when I took it apart, all wires are hooked up, now I have no spark, replaced coil and igniter could it be something with the anti theft system?

Most starting problems, after replacing the head, are related to the timing being off. Did you line up all timing marks, when the engine was at TDC on the compression stroke?

Yes did eveything by the book, lined up all marks, if I have timing out of time, will I have spark just not at the right time, I don't see a crank sensor.

TDC, CKP, and CYL sensors are inside the distributor. Does the rotor point to the #1 spark plug terminal inside the distributor cap, when the #1 piston is at TDC? If problem persists, the distributor housing may be bad. Replace it with a genuine Honda product and reuse your new ICM and coil. We've had many problems with even new aftermarket distributors for Hondas.

OK everything is right, timming, TDC. Igniter, coil, are new, still no spark, I know it is the anti theft system, has to be, how do I reset it?

The anti-theft system on a 1992 accord has nothing to do with whether the car cranks or not. The anti theft system is only for the radio so if someone steals it they cannot use it without the security codes. Try testing the distributer and the sensors inside it. Is your check engine light on? If so pull the code and see what the car is TELLING you is wrong. If not, check the main relay.

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM), being sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM.
