My Puppy Twiches While He Is Sleeping Should I Worry? Oh And One More Questions He Looks A Bit Cross Eyed (outer Way) Is This Normal?

Twitching during sleep as long as it is not violent or seemingly painful is probably just dreaming, unless he is drolling, foaming, or losing control of his bodily functions it's not really something to worry about much. If he seems crosseyed, that could be a sign of head trauma though, check his head for bruises maybe? Does he seem to have trouble seeing or moving around well because he can't see?

My lab twitches a lot while she is sleeping, sometimes even barks or whines a little. I read a few posts of people talking about their zu being crosseyed, I wouldn't worry about it and ask your vet next visit. My parents have 3 of them and they are not crosseyed.

Since you describe the cross-eye as the "outer way", do you mean that the eyes are rolled to the outside, away from each other? Some of the flat-face breeds do this, but it is usually not extreme; sometimes it gets less noticeable with age. Make sure to point it out to the vet next time.
And yes, those are puppy dreams~I always wonder what they are about! Our retired rescue Greyhound used to always "run" in her sleep!
