Hi. I have a legal agreement with someone that owes me a lot of money. It is too much to go to small claims court. He was supposed to start paying this money back per month for 3 years, starting Jan31/2008. I have seen nothing from him. He also has left town so I don't know where he is. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do? This guy owes me my life savings.

Thanks for any help that you can give me.

Go to a superior Court and sue - you'll need an Attorney. He is "only" one month past the first payment so you might have a problem. What does the agreement say about collecting if he misses a payment?

Or have a Private Investigator find him and pursue him - which will probably be a waste of time.

What type of businsess deal was it, what type of legal agreement.
Remember if they go bankrupt you would get nothing.
Why did you loan this person your life savings ?
