OK I really need help. Me and my ex have been separated its almost been a year,and I actually got over him. But the thing is that whenever anyone has a chance they bring him back. Like for example me and my friend went to the movies today and I bought this candy me and him used to love to eat, and I haven't been to the movies in a long time, I did not even think of him when I bought this candy I just thought that I liked it and I wanted to eat , but my friend kept reminding me of the game I used to play with the candy, with him in the movies and it kind of bothers me a bit. Because this whole summer my friend, my mom my family,everyone wanted me to forget about him and when I do everyone just keeps bringing him back to my mind every chance they get and its really not fair for me. The thing is that it gets hard when people remind you of this kind of thing. I have to admit sometimes I do wish that we were still together because of all the things people remind me of. Anyone help!! please I can't take it anymore

Why not tell them not to tell talk to you about him anymore?

I must admit my best mate had the habit of allways reminding me of an ex. Even told me about the bf's she had. I know how annoying it is. Give it time and they won't ask you about it, don't give them a reaction and act like you don't care!

I tell them to stop bringing him up but they never do, they always forget, and songs that pop out of the radio always makes them bring his subject bckk. Its really innoying when your trying to forget about your first love, strong one- and everyone told you to let go and now that you have all they are doing is bringing him back
