Go here (http://www.techemperor.com/2008/02/22/how-to-fix-the-open-with-dialogue-box-when-clicking-on-c-drive/) and follow the directions. Should solve your problem.

Or just go to download.com and download winrar from there, it's a basic program and you can download it anywhere
