I searched t-mobile everywhere looking at how to suspend cell phone service on my daughters phone as a punishment because she won't hand it over. I can report it lost or stolen and have it temporarily suspended but I don't want to lie. Plus, the website states that I may have to show proof or pay early termination charges. I am afraid to call in case they track my number and tell me there is no way I can do this. Any ideas? Thank you, Janice

In whose name is the service? I would say you would need to call them. You would probably have to continue to pay the monthly contract even if they allow the suspension.
